Is the estimate free?
Yes. Remodel, flooring and epoxy consultations are free in our service area. Painting, accent walls and small jobs can usually be quoted from photos the same day.
Do you work in condos?
Yes — a large part of our work is condos in Aventura, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach. We send the certificate of insurance to management, follow building work hours and use sound-rated underlayment where the association requires it.
How long does a typical project take?
Painting a condo or installing floors usually takes 2–5 days, an epoxy garage floor 2–3 days including cure time, and a bathroom remodel about 2–3 weeks. You get a schedule together with the written estimate.
Who handles plumbing, electrical and permits?
Plumbing, electrical and any work that requires a permit are handled by licensed trade partners, coordinated by us — you still have one point of contact.
